We began with a single century-old tree. The villa structure is built from marine-grade hardwood, treated to endure the elements — coexisting with this sea for the long haul, yet never intruding upon it. Every grain of wood withstands the scrutiny of tide and time. Silence is not found here. It is made. And so sleep becomes the easiest thing in this house. Push open the door: beyond the terrace lies the sea. Close the door: the world is gently shut outside. This is not a room. It is a sea that belongs only to you, and a kind of quiet that matches who you are.
Panorama Terrace Room
Push open the door, and the ocean unfolds before you without reservation. A generous open-plan space with an expansive panoramic terrace — sunrise on your right, sunset on your left. The shifting light of a full day, yours to witness. A short stroll of about 150 meters brings you to the ceremony hall and theatre. As evening falls, a welcome bottle of red wine awaits. To sip on your terrace with the sea breeze is the perfect opening to your stay.
LOFT Duplex Room
A double-height design gently separates living from rest: a lounge below, a quiet private bedroom above. The elevated position gifts you distant glimpses of the blue. The restaurant and theatre lie about 200 meters away — fine dining and nightlife, close at hand. A welcome bottle of red wine is reserved for you, to be savored slowly in your own private loft above the water.

If your arrival or departure falls outside of standard times, we recommend letting us know in advance to accommodate your schedule, subject to availability.

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Family Policy
Children 5 years and under stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. Extra beds may incur additional fees.
